In all the years that I have used Westport Appliance, I have always had courteous and caring technicians. Chris, who I usually deal with in the office, was able to get me an appointment quickly. Chris, along with all the women in the office are helpful and very understanding and companionate. Carlos serviced my 10 year old washer last week. He diagnosed the problem, then proceeded to show me that the part that I needed was discontinued. He was able to locate the part and saved me the stress.

I read the reviews and I was skeptical. I am very happy I ignored the negative reviews and called Westport Appliance. Carlos called ahead of time to let us know he was in route. He was on time and extremely courteous. He was able to diagnose the issues in a matter of minutes and order the part we needed to repair our Electrolux refrigerator. Carlos was fantastic and we will definitely use Westport Appliances again.

First it was the dishwasher. Water valve went and Bob was able to come out and diagnose the problem within 5 minutes of being here! Came out about a week later after ordering the part and professionally and courteously fixed the problem while making sure he cleaned up the water that was leaking as he went. Problem was fixed and Bob was out the door within 20 minutes. I’m telling you they are fast and reliable.

Next within a weeks time was the motor for the locking mechanism to the brand new gas range we bought. Bob was able to come out and diagnose and order the part within 5 minutes again. A week later the part was in and the lady at the office called asking if I was available for next day service. Absolutely! My appointment was between 8-12 a.m and Bob was at our house within the first hour. Fixed within 20 minutes once again. I’m telling you this company is very reliable and I would welcome Bob back into my house for future appliance repair needs! Thanks.

We were directed to Westport Appliance through Frigidaire for warranty service for our dishwasher. They were wonderful to deal with. Called on Thursday and got a Monday appt. Bob came out, decided he needed to order a part. Bob came back on Friday and had the dishwasher fixed within a 1/2 hour. It’s never worked better!! Bob was personable, knowledgeable and respectful. We would definitely recommend Westport Appliance and Bob!

Bob from Westport Appliance Repair came to service our LG Combo Washer and Dryer. He was pleasant, clean, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quickly. I do not do reviews often but this was exceptional service and worthy of an excellent review.

My Samsung front loading washing machine was not working and Samsung sent a technician from Westport Appliance to my home to fix it. The gentleman they sent was very friendly and professional. He fixed my microwave quickly and made sure it was working before he left. He also cleaned everything up afterward. I would definitely recommend this company to others in the future.

This is the second time we have used Westport appliance repair and they were not on time they were slightly early. As before they had the part stocked on the truck and were able to fix my range that day, and a lot cheaper that I was quoted by 2 other repair services that my husband called. We are glad that they are here, will always call them when we need a repair and recommend them to our friends and family.

We are extremely happy with Westport Appliance Repair Service on our Frigidaire refrigerator.  The tech called first to let us know he’d be there in 20 minutes, came promptly, and quickly assessed the problem. He was able to fix the fridge right away by replacing a small switch in the defrost circuit of the freezer. Not a big problem, but we hadn’t been able to use the fridge for several days, a major headache. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable. Westport Appliance Repair is the repair service Samsung uses in this area for their warranty work.  And I couldn’t have had a better experience!  My tech was on time, whisked in, had the back off my refrigerator faster than I would have thought possible, and quickly located the problem.  It was put right just as fast, with a clear explanation of how the refrigerator cooling system works, as well.  I was very impressed with his intelligence, ability and professionalism.  I highly recommend Westport Appliance Repair!

These folks are terrific. Westport Appliance Repair has provided expert parts support, washer dryer repair, refrigerator service and oven troubleshooting for us over the years. Outstanding customer service and terrific technicians – clean, prompt and technically astute. They cover the greater Fall River area, MA and RI cities and towns from Cape Cod to Newport and East Providence.

This was the only company out of four appliance companies I called that actually answered their phone. The woman scheduling felt bad she couldn’t get me in sooner, and I thought it was nice she seemed concerned that I wouldn’t be satisfied with the appointment date. (It was fine, I’d already gone a few weeks without my dishwasher at that point.)

They gave a four hour appointment window and about halfway through it, I called to see when the repairman would be here. They were able to look up where he was on his day and let me know he had one more stop before me.

He arrived less than an hour later and went through my dishwasher thoroughly. Everything is fixed and he went on his way.

Hopefully I won’t need to call anytime soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
