Do you offer same day appliance repair?
Yes we do, same day appointments are on a first come first serve basis and are limited.
Will my appliance be repaired on the same visit?
Our goal is to complete the repair on the first visit, in case we need to order a part there is no additional charge to come out a second time.
If you need to order a part how long will that take?
Parts are ordered the same day, part orders on average take anywhere from 3-6 business days to arrive.
Are you factory certified?
Yes we are, some of the manufacturers we work with are Samsung, LG, GE, Danby, Kenmore, Sears, Bosch, Thermador, Miele, Maytag and many more.
Do you warranty your work?
Absolutely, 90 Calendar Days — Parts and Labor.
If I order the part, will you install it?
No, we will not, as we can not warranty the part from any defects.
Do you sell New Appliances?
Our sister location, All Cape Appliance, does sell new appliances.
What happens if I cancel my repair?
You will be responsible for the diagnostic fee, and if special parts have been ordered you will be responsible for shipping costs to us and back to the distributor.
How much do you charge?
We will come out to your home and diagnose the issue, which is our initial diagnosis fee, then the technician you give you a quote for parts and labor. If you choose not to do the repair you are responsible for the diagnosis/trip fee only.
